1- Please make sure to keep the invoice of the received product attached to the parcel because of its great importance in completing the exchange process properly and the importance of the information attached to it such as the parcel number and product code.
2- The replacement request shall be submitted within a period not exceeding 24 hours from receiving the parcel, as this period is sufficient for the customer to verify and verify the product he received.
3- The replacement request is submitted by communicating with the live customer service (chat) that appears at the bottom of the website and application, where the service employee is provided with the customer’s phone number and the request number that is clear on the invoice attached to the request that he wishes to replace.
4- The exchange fee is 10 shekels for the West Bank areas, 20 shekels for the Jerusalem areas, and 35 shekels for the 48 areas, which is a nominal fee to cover part of the delivery cost for the second time.
5- The exchange is free of charge in the event that a defect is found in the product that did not appear during receipt and when the customer confirms the package he received.
6- It is allowed to exchange the product with another product at the same price, excluding delivery fees for the first time, if any, or with another product at a higher price only, with the payment of the price difference and exchange fees.
7- The exchange request is not accepted if the customer destroys the product carton or its cover, and also if the product is used, and the product must be complete and unrefined. Here, we emphasize our keenness to serve the customer optimally.
8- The exchange is available for all products available on the site, except for perfumes, underwear, and electronics such as phones and laptops.
